What is Authentication?

By default, CreatorIQ provides you with publicly available or third-party data on your creator profiles.

However, the authentication (or Link Accounts) process allows creators to directly connect their social media accounts to your CreatorIQ environment, unlocking first-party metrics, more frequent content collection, and automatic Instagram Stories collection. This helps to streamline collaborations by minimizing the time spent managing and manually uploading screenshots to you campaigns, and providing more robust data insights into content performance. Currently, authentication is supported for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, X (formerly Twitter), Twitch, and Blogs.

Creators can only authenticate their social accounts by invite.
