CRM & Creators 101

Once you've found the perfect content talent in Discovery, you can organize them in your CRM or Customer Relationship Management hub! Here, you'll be able to sift through talent you have assessed and store additional details (e.g. contact information, custom attributes, audience data, team notes, etc.) about them in their Creator Profile.

The CRM is a place where you can filter through talent that has already been pre-approved to invite to Campaigns.
